The Google map is fully interactive. Below are some tips on using it. Controls to pan the map N, E, S, or W are in the upper left corner. The plus and minus controls will zoom the map in or out. Also, the mouse scroll button will usually zoom the map in and out. In either case, click on the underlined “To Here” link and enter a starting location. A starting location can be a street address, an intersection, or a named facility—such as an airport. To test this feature, try using 'Eglin AFB, Valparaiso FL' to create a route to the distination at the tear-drop-shaped marker labeled either “A” or “B.” To print a hard copy of the map, begin by clicking on the “View Large Map” link. The larger map will have clickable links to “Print” the map and to “Send” it by e-mail. You can display the map in satellite view (Sat), Map, or Terrain view.
